根据司法部《法治建设与法学理论研究部级科研项目管理办法》(司规〔2020〕7号)和2022年度司法部公告第7号关于发布《2022年度国家法治与法学理论研究部级科研项目课题指引》及受理课题申报的公告的有关规定,2022年度法治建设与法学理论研究部级科研项目受理申报工作自2022年7月15日开始,2022年9月15日截止,共受理申报课题1265项。司法部组织开展了资格审查、专家评审和部长办公会评议,最终拟立项课题140项,其中重点项目11项,一般项目34项,青年项目29项,专项任务项目66项。
根据司法部《法治建设与法学理论研究部级科研项目管理办法》(司规〔2020〕7号)第四十一条规定,增加设立12个重大委托课题。
合计共152项列入立项课题。
现将拟立项课题进行公示,公示期7个工作日,自2023年1月29日至2月6日,接受社会监督。
